SOFIA acaba de ganar el concurso del sitio Ourstage.com para octubre 2010, llevandose consigo la suma de U$5.000 ademas de otros beneficios. A algunos les puede parecer broma, siendo que ya habían ganado otros premios como el de Slicethepie.com en el año 2008 y primer lugar en la categoría de Modern Rock en el mismo sitio de ahora, ourstage.com.

Primero sacaron el primer lugar entre cerca de 400 canciones en el estilo de Alternative Rock para luego competir contra los 38 primeros lugares de cada categoría. Es decir, ¡Compitieron contra cerca de 16.000 canciones y obtuvieron el primer lugar!

Es un triunfo más para esta banda que siempre da algo de que hablar…

SOFIA just won the Grand Prize for October 2010 in the Ourstage.com contest, taking with them the amount of U.S. $ 5,000 in addition to other benefits. It may seem like a joke, being that they had already won other awards such as Slicethepie.com in 2008 and first place in the category of Modern Rock on the same site we’re talking about, ourstage.com.

They achieved the first place among near 400 songs in the style of Alternative Rock and then competed against the top 38 from each category. This means, they competed against 16,000 songs and took the first place!

It is another triumph for this band that always gives something to talk about …
